VP 360, S.A. de C.V.   is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data, in this sense and in compliance with legal obligations, through this instrument the owners of the data are informed of the information that is collected from them and the purposes for which this information is given.

The personal data we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to specify and comply with our contractual relationship with you, as well as to provide the services you request.

The personal data collected from VP360° members is used to submit your information in the light of the databases it has.   VP 360, S.A. de C.V.   for purposes of good tax practices and legal compliance. In turn, your information will be made known to the associated members to whom they provide services or products, this to create greater confidence and security in their business relationships.

In addition, associate members and VP360° members will be part of an ecosystem of exclusive management of   VP 360, S.A. de C.V.,   in which both customers and suppliers can share information, advertise and make themselves known as companies and organizations with good legal and commercial background.

To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data: official and commercial name of the contracting party, code of the Federal Taxpayers Registry of the contracting party, name and code of the Federal Taxpayers Registry of the legal representative, fiscal address of the contracting party, email, mobile phone number.

On the other hand, we inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any authority, company, organization or person other than those indicated and will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated.

You have at all times the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use we give it (access). Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete (rectification); Similarly, you have the right to have your information removed from our records or databases when you consider that it is not being used properly (cancellation); as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes (opposition).
